Keystone Manufacturing uses an E2 Shop System to streamline every job from client drawings to final design, and straight through to machining, finishing, and inspection. Our processes minimize waste while offering the widest possible range of machine capabilities and materials to create exactly the component your project demands, no matter how tight the tolerances. Out Total Quality Management system ensures precise and correct work and reliable results, and you’ll get accurate documentation to support your parts.
Machines
- Manual Engine Lathe – Our manual engine lathes feature digital read-out for precise control by our expert machinists. Our manual lathes offer a maximum distance between centers of 120 inches; table size ranging from 10 to 22 inches; and spindle bore range of 2 to 3.5 inches.
- CNC Lathe Centers – Keystone Manufacturing uses several CNC lathe centers, each calibrated and tested on a regular basis to ensure tight and accurate tolerances. These computerized lathes offer a range of distances between centers from 20 to 123.8 inches; a maximum turning length of 120 inches; maximum turning diameter of 35.4 inches; and a spindle bore diameter range of 2.1 inches to 12.6 inches.
- Manual Milling Machines – Our manual mills also feature digital read-outs for precision control in the hands of our highly trained machinists. They offer an X-axis range of 15 to 16 inches, Y-axis range of 10 to 14 inches; and Z-axis range of 42 to 50 inches.
- CNC Mills – The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) mills at work on our shop floor offer a massive range of capabilities, which allow for flexible design and reliable production of innovative components. Our CNC mills offer X-axis range of 30 to 60.63 inches, Y-axis range of 16 to 29.92 inches, Z-axis range of 20 to 25.98 inches, and full fourth and fifth axes.
